Stephanie Meade has been working with teenagers and their families and the college process for 30 years. In addition to providing college guidance to hundreds of teens, she and her company, The Collegiate Edge, offered standardized test prep for 25 years, as well as academic support and mentoring to a range of students, including those with ADHD and mild learning and emotional challenges. The neuroscience of learning and the teen brain have long fascinated her, and she enjoys weaving that information into her work with families. Modern parenting, and how it has changed over the last 30 years, is another favorite topic.

“I’m a parent of a Junior, about to be Senior and feel like I need all the help I can get! My daughter isn’t too interested in the process and not organized so I’m afraid it will be up to me to tell her the steps and get her going. She hasn’t even met one on one with her counselor. I watched my first “live” last night with Stephanie Meade and it was so helpful. I especially loved the timeline she gave us. Can’t wait to go watch more of the recordings.” —Julie Curry
We joined this last year for our Class of 2024 kid and remain subscribed because we have a Class of 2026 kid. The seminars have been very helpful, but even better has been the access to experts to ask one-off questions specific to our scenario. Sometimes just my husband and I watch the videos, but for certain topics (I.e. Common App, essays, etc.) it has been great to have our son hear things from someone other than us. - JJ
Thank you to all the experts on this page for your help & guidance through the college application process. My DD just received her first acceptance letter…. it’s from her top choice school & she was awarded their highest scholarship! - Jody
Beyond valuable. I joined back in the Spring (my daughter is a Sr. now) and I knew nothing, but I was able to watch the end of last year’s acceptances, etc. These experts you have are phenomenal. This is by far one of the most amazing offerings for college parents. - Lisa Ma
This is a must have for any parent of a HS student. In the past 8 months I’ve learned a ton and feel much more confident about the entire college admission process.
