GROWN & FLOWN COLLEGE ADMISSIONS MEMBERSHIP  

 

Grown & Flown offers a membership program called the College Admissions Membership (“Membership”) that provides content and products from College Admissions Advisors monthly as well as other members-only discounts and perks.  

 

To become a Member, simply visit our Membership page and subscribe to the program. After you have successfully joined and become a College Admissions Member, you will receive access to the College Admissions Membership website.   

 

If you choose to join the College Admissions Membership program, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, as prompted by the registration form.  Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy

HOW THE COLLEGE ADMISSIONS MEMBERSHIP WORKS  

 

Upon joining the Grown & Flown College Admissions Membership program, you will be given access to the College Admissions Membership website for a free trial.  On the final day of the free trial your credit card or payment method will be charged for the program you selected upon sign up (1 month, 6 month or annual program).   

 

You can cancel your membership anytime within the free trial with no charge to your credit card or method of payment.  For further questions, please contact our Membership Customer Service Team at [email protected].

 

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS 

The Grown & Flown College Admissions Membership is an automatic recurring subscription service. As part of the College Admissions Subscription Service, you will be charged $39.00 each month if you chose the monthly membership package, $150 biannually if you chose the 6-month package, or $252 annually if you chose the annual package until you cancel. You can find details regarding your subscription and the College Admissions Membership (“Settings”) by accessing the site and accessing your Account details.  

 

WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (A) GROWN & FLOWN (OR OUR THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR) IS AUTOMATICALLY AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER APPLICABLE CHARGES) FOR AS LONG AS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES; AND (B) YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR STOP PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE SITES OR PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT GROWN & FLOWN WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR SUCH AUTOMATIC, RECURRING PAYMENTS.  

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY  

 

Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel.  When you are charged, your account is paid for through your billing term. You will not receive a prorated refund if you decide to cancel the account mid-term, but you will still have access to your account until the end of the billing cycle.

 

If you wish to cancel your Membership, please visit your Account Settings and follow the instructions to cancel. You can also cancel your Membership by emailing our Membership Customer Service Team at [email protected] available Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm EST. There is no cancellation fee.  

 

Once your Membership is canceled, you will no longer have access to the Membership site, discounts, perks and all other future benefits. Please be advised that your Membership may only be canceled by the registered Member or the holder of the valid credit card or payment method on file for the Account.  

 

Please note all Membership fees paid prior to termination of your Membership are non-refundable and you shall be responsible for any Membership charges prior to your cancellation.  

 

In the event that you cancel your Membership, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Grown & Flown, unless you opt-out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein. 

 

CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP PRICE 

 

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Membership fees, services, or any components thereof in any manner and at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these terms, any price changes or changes to your Membership fees will take effect following notice to you. 

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

 

The validity, construction and effect of the above terms shall be construed according to the laws of the State of New York  In the event of any claim or dispute between and among the parties arising from or relating to the validity, interpretation, enforcement or breach of the above terms, or any portion hereof, or in any way arising from or relating to the enforceability or interpretation of this arbitration provision, such dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, New York, before the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS), with the parties to mutually select a single (1) arbitrator with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in entertainment law. The parties shall each bear their own administrative costs and arbitrator’s fees incurred in any such proceeding. The parties agree and acknowledge that the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages or equitable relief. The parties further agree and acknowledge that any award rendered in any such arbitration shall be final, binding and conclusive, that the arbitrator shall issue a written decision stating the reasons for and facts supporting any such award, and that judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction upon any such award.
